Having gone through a recent phase of rejuvenation, Mayang Sari Beach Resort offers 51 thatched-roof beachfront chalets in blocks of 4, featuring village-style architecture and a unique décor exuding a rustic charm. Guests have a choice of a Sea or Garden View chalet, all with private verandahs and equipped with deck chairs for guests to lounge at whilst relaxing in the afternoon sun or catching the breathtaking evening sunset. For the comfort of our guests, all chalets are air-conditioned and equipped with modern amenities. Bathroom is contemporarily furnished and includes a spacious standing shower.

Neydles House /pronounce: new-dles/ will be serving a variety of authentic regional noodle dishes and some of the classic Asian staples with excellent texture and flavourful broth. Our aim is to impress you with chef’s handmade noodles and a region of your choice ranging from Japan, Korea, Singapore, Thailand and Indonesia, as we offer an impressive selection of all-time favourites to delight patrons.
Items on the menu features an array of fresh and quality noodles for your delectation. When you’re looking for something on the healthier side, we also have vegetarian options made available. If you do not know where to start, try our recommended dishes like the Salmon Ramen with wakame and egg, or the Hong Kong Style Crispy Noodles with seafood and vegetables.
For fans of barbequed seafood, you have come to the right place. The Poolside serves a delectable spread of tantalizing grilled seafood and meats over the weekends, to satisfy any and every seafood lover. Dine in an al fresco setting, with live cooking stations where you can watch the chefs prepare a scrumptious dish for you. You can also now wind down in the evenings and enjoy the cool poolside breeze with a hookah session amidst a setting of plush pillows and blankets.
On special themed nights, be entertained by our live band and cultural dancers throughout the evenings. On weekdays, choose from our Western and Asian cuisine options and tuck into some home-made ice cream to sweeten your meal.
C.MAYANG BEACH HUT
Enjoy the perfect blend of urbane flair and relaxed beach vibe at this chic beach bar. Located right beside Spice Restaurant, the Mayang Sari Beach Hut is a rustic beach bar for everyone to enjoy al fresco seating while being served with refreshing drinks and mouth-watering snacks. We bring this sophisticated bar concept to the beautiful shores of Bintan Island where you can stay all day to relax under the shade with panoramic view of the coastline. You can drop by for a happy hour drink and sit yourself out to soak up that lovely sea view – one of our favourite spot for a weekend laze. Or be entertained with guests playing beach volleyball from afar.
D.THE COFFEE SHOP
Located at the ground floor of Nirwana Resort Hotel, The Coffee Shop is the main all-day dining restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner in both an a la carte menu and themed buffet of Indonesian and International Cuisines. With a wide selection of varieties to choose from, one of the highlights of the buffet is the delectable array of desserts that will leave you craving for more, each time!
E.THE KELONG SEAFOOD RESTAURANT
Located at the Western Coast of Nirwana Gardens, The Kelong Seafood Restaurant is the only place to go in Bintan where you can tuck into the richest and freshest seafood, while enjoying the balmy sea breeze and a panoramic view of the South China Sea. Savour signature dishes such as Gong-Gong (sea snails), Black Pepper Crab and Stir Fried Butter Prawns prepared in a unique blend of Chinese and Indonesian culinary styles. Built on stilts just above the sea, dining at The Kelong Seafood Restaurant will be an unforgettable experience!
F.CALYPSO FLOATING BAR
There is no other place like the Calypso Floating Bar – easily to be one’s favourite spot at Nirwana Gardens. Located right beside The Kelong Seafood Restaurant, the Calypso Floating Bar is a Caribbean-style bar with a Rastafarian influence; immerse yourself in the soft reggae and calypso music while sipping on a cool drink and adoring the beautiful sunset from here. At night, the Calypso Floating Bar makes one of the perfect spots to wind down, while being in the middle of the ocean and enjoying the cool, nightly breeze.
G.THE PUB
If you prefer singing to dancing, then gather everyone at The Pub! This karaoke lounge can even accommodate a birthday party with your family and friends. There are also four private rooms that seat 10 people each if the area is fully occupied. A cosy setting, you can also have a go at a game or a challenge with your friends at the pool table. The Pub is also a great place for you to wind down your night, where our talented live band will entertain you nightly with an invigorating performance.

Take a stroll along the beach of Mayang Sari and you will find the Batavian colonial reminiscence Spice Restaurant. Located at the main lobby of Mayang Sari Beach Resort, the restaurant features a marvellous variety of traditional Indian and Indonesian dishes – Lamb Rack Tandoori, Chicken Cheese Kebab, Bumbu Bali, Soup Kepiting, Ayam Betutu and many more. La Luna presents a casual and al fresco experience at Nirwana Gardens after a day of fun and sea sports at the nearby Sea Sports Centre. La Luna spacious setting makes it the perfect venue option for private events, be it a corporate dinner, family gathering or wedding brunch.
K.DINO BISTRO
Located at the Nirwana Resort Hotel lobby, Dino Bistro features an “East meets West” concept, with favourite Western dishes influenced by Asian taste. Start off with a signature plate of Nachos – the combination of crunchy tortilla chips covered with cheese, followed by a main course of succulent Beef Fajitas and perfect the meal with a dessert from the daily selection or a freshly brewed cup of coffee. Dino Bistro also offers a selection of cocktails served with a unique Asian twist, making it the perfect location for an evening tipple while guests enjoy live acoustic performances from our talented in-house band.

A trip to Nirwana Gardens promises another level of enjoyment in Bintan, with over 50 exciting land and sea and activities for your enjoyment. Guests will be spoilt for choice with an extensive variety of entertainment and recreational facilities available including a 16-lane indoor bowling alley, the only elephant park in Bintan Resorts, exploring the safari on a Jet Ski or for adrenaline-seekers, taking a ride down a four-storey high zipline.
